Catalog #4 (1978) was the last one to be produced, and showed another new layout design. It was a 5-fold pamphlet, each page fold measuring 3"x 5". This new catalog was divided into categories, and was the last one made and added into all boxed items up until the last toys were issued around 1980, including all Italian releases. In the "Figures" section, it shows Baron Karza with his head tuned around backwards, and a cool red and black Galactic Defender prototype. He also sports a clear helmet and different head sculpt. The Aliens shown are the first released "rare brain color" versions, and their weapons are all mixed around. Membros is pictured with just one weapon! The "Action Toys" section shows the Karrio prototype, and the "Vehicles" section mixes new and old photos of all the 1-passenger vehicles released. The last back pages show an illustration of the Rocket Tubes, and all the other Cities playsets, including the Sears only released Mega City. The cover photo for this catalog was one of the best used for all the different catalogs.
