the Microverse and beyond...the ENIGMA FORCE! Consisting of (l-r) M-003 Amethyst,
M-005 Smoke, M-001 Stealth, M-004 Crimson and M-002 Emerald, they have sworn to
defend the galaxy in the name of Prince Argon, and...uh...look cool on my display
shelf! |
| In the close up shot, you can better view the clear head and chestplate of M-001 Stealth. This effect was achieved from stripping the chrome off a Microman M-10X reproduction figure with toilet bowl cleaner. Although the head is crystal clear, the chestplate is still a little foggy and yellowed, but still see through as well. The rest of the crew are just plain old clear Micronaut Time Travelers, customized with Plaid Gallery Glass paint. This tip came from the Micro-Doc Jeffery Gaier, and is great because it is non-permanent. The color stain dries like a thin rubbery coating over the plastic, and can be carefully peeled away. |
