Devil's Due Exclusive
 | With the new Micronauts comic by Devil's Due publishing not doing so well in sales, the intended release of their Acroyear exclusive had changed. Initially, the figure was supposed to be shipped to retailers who ordered 30 copies of Micronauts #4. The retailer could then sell this figure in their comic store, or allow collectors to order it themselves (along with the 30 copies of the comic of course). But the word didn't seem to get to the retailers properly, because allot of them didn't even know of the exsistance of this figure. And with sales of the comic not doing so well, it looked as if Devil's Due would be stuck with the 1500 figures they ordered. Until an online store called The Store On 44 stepped in... |
One of the most unique looking of the Acroyears so far, the Devil's Due Acroyear has white arms and legs, something completely new for an Acroyear figure. The chest, feet and backpack discs are a golden color, with the backpack being a nice black compliment. The rather odd part of this cool Acroyear would probably be the, uh, green head he comes with... The Acroyear also comes packed with a gold Spy Bird and black figure stand. There also seems to be two variants with the sword; approx. 1/2 with silver and 1/2 with a more bronze hued weapon. |  |
