When you
have figures, vehicles, ships and play sets that all have small interchangeable
pieces, your going to need an instruction sheet to put them together with.
The Micronauts instruction sheets served a dual purpose for kids back then. Not only were they a helpful guide in the construction of said play set, vehicle, etc...they were also just cool to look at. The instruction sheets were included with all boxed items, and were basically copied straight from their Microman counterparts. Obviously, the text was changed to English, and all Japanese names were changed to the new Mego ones, but sometimes they would leave in the then never released Microman figure illustration (which also sometimes ended up in the packaging photos!), which made many a 10 year old kid wonder, "who is this guy?" This didn't happen in many cases, but it did once and a while...which 20 years later makes them even cooler. Here you will find a database of the Micronauts instruction sheets, and they can serve a dual purpose for you too: you can just look and enjoy, use as a complete parts referencing guide...or just print yourself out a copy if your Micronauts toy just isn't a complete one without it! |
